Conference Location
The Euroguidance Cross Border Seminar will be held at Hotel Dubrovnik, located at Ljudevita Gaja 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Situated in the heart of Zagreb, at the main city square, the hotel provides easy access to key attractions and is just steps away from a tram station, offering excellent public transport connections.
To facilitate participants’ stay, the organisers have secured a special accommodation rate, available until 24 March 2025. Booking details have been shared with national Euroguidance coordinators. If this option does not meet your needs, there are several other hotels and accommodation options in close proximity to the venue.

Transportation
To get from Zagreb Airport (Zračna luka Franjo Tuđman) to Hotel Dubrovnik:
By Airport Shuttle Bus (Pleso prijevoz):
You can take the airport shuttle bus from the Airport Arrivals Terminal to the Central Bus Station (Autobusni kolodvor). The shuttle departs every 30 minutes and the journey takes around 35 minutes. The ticket costs 8 EUR in one-direction and can be purchased online or directly from the driver. At the Central Bus Station, transfer to tram no. 6 (Črnomerec direction) to Trg Bana Jelačića (main square), where the hotel is located. The tram ride takes about 10 minutes, and a ticket costs €0.53 (if purchased at a kiosk) or €0.80 (if bought from the driver). Alternatively, if you prefer to walk from the Main Bus Station, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Hotel Dubrovnik.
By Taxi:
Taxis are available at the airport’s designated taxi rank, located outside the Arrivals Terminal. The journey to Hotel Dubrovnik takes around 25 – 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
The fare is typically between 30–50 EUR, but it’s best to confirm the price with the driver before departure. You can also use taxi apps like Bolt or Uber, which operate in Zagreb.
